Why buy a new home you ask? Purchasing a new home has many advantages. Obviously everything will be brand new, you won't be inheriting someone else's problems; incorrect home repairs, or simply a prior owner's lack of cleanliness. With a new home you can rest assured that you won't have to make any major repairs for many many years. 

Building Codes and requirements have changed over the years and only for the better. Today's new homes are more economical and efficient. Reputable builder's will not only meet these enforced standards but even go beyond them. It is in the builders best interest to deliver to you a solid, problem free home. Don't be afraid to ask the builder for a list of homes they have built. If they are a reputable builder they should gladly oblige.
